Normally, that is a job for a prop shop. Now somebody will come along and insist you can do it yourself, but I say send it to the shop. HOWEVER, in any case, there is the matter of obtaining an new hub. The prop shop may not have one, and may not be able to get one. You will have to check with them. Here is one on-line shop: http://www.soderbloom.com/proprepair.html

Needless to say, balance the cost of repair vs. simply slapping on a whole new prop. What kind of condition is your old one in?

If you have them repair the damage to the blades and replace the hub I have a feeling it will be close to a new prop price.
A new prop will very likely get you the latest technology.Have you checked ebay all kinds of prop appear there.
Just note the sellers rating and years of membership.
If your motor is on its last legs maybe put more money with the prop money and start fresh with a good motor.
Your 20 on a reasonably light boat should make 20-23 mph.
If a sound dependable motor it deserves a good prop.

I had same thing on my 67 and the prop shops told me that they can put a new hub in but on these they have less than a 50% success rate in it holding. found a place in Arkansas where I can get a used one for 40 or a new one on here with fresh rubber for 80.
