If you have remotes on it, check the linkage to make sure it goes fully into forward & reverse. <br /><br />Do you shift with authority?<br />If you 'slide' the shifter forward and 'ease' it in, the clutch dog will grind & wear out. Throw her into gear - the dogs aren't like an automotive clutch.
