1969 Sea Star Tempest. Rare??

I just noticed on my title that my boat is a TEMPEST I did some google research ( yes, google lol) and didnt find too many results. Is this a rare boat? I can not find a sticker or a tag on it indicating the capacity, max engine or number of passengers? Its a 1969 Sea Star Tempest 15.5'
I was wondering how big of an outboard i can safely and realistically put on this boat??

Depends on your definition of rare.......... uncommon, yep, but only because of age, there were likely several tens of thousands of them built

Thank you for the into. Based on other similar models that are 15' long it seems a 65hp would be the maximum engine

Maybe a 70 or 75, but definitely not any bigger.
