Have a 1969 Starcraft Jupiter v that I restored, had a 1971 Johnson 50hp that ran for a few years but is no longer cooperating, in the market for a motor for this hem but don’t know what I want to do...... looking for some advice
Here is a website that has the builders calculator for max HP with modern motors. It will give you a starting point to look at. Let us know what you come up with from the calculation and we can go from there. With-out any size details and just looking at the photos I would guess in the 60 to 90 hp range.
