Ok I have deduced that I may have a timing problem can anyone give me the timing settings for this motor and advise on where the adjustment is made. I am guessing it is on the throttle arm somewhere as it looks like a timing advance unit of somesort is attatched to it.

Thanks
Brad

On the intake manifold, there is a set screw with a rubber bumper that act's as a stop for the throttle arm pivot. That is the timing adjustment screw. Is the timing advance listed on the front of the carb air box cover. I'm out of state, so I don't have my manuals.

Unfortuantly all the stickers are gone off the air box so I need the setting as well if any one has it
