1970 115 hp evinrude sneeze at throttle up.

When I gun it pulling a skier or tubing I notice I can hear sneezing. Motor doesn't hesitate or cut out, pulls excellent. I'm just wondering if this is set towards the lean side or rich?

Lean.

You don't have any jet adjustments. I'd be looking at float level.

Plus, make sure the "sync and link" is done.
