Alright; I finally got the pig in the water. Of course it didn't want to run. Started a few times but would stall out after about 10 seconds. Brought it home and now I can't even get it to start on muffs.

Compression is around 120psi on all cylinders (cold, obviously). I only checked the spark at one of the cylinders with my spark tester because its a distributor system but checked the plugs themselves for spark at each plug wire. Carbs are freshly rebuilt, fuel lines are new, removed the flywheel and made sure the key wasn't sheared, pulled out the distributor rotor and made sure it wasn't worn down (it was a little bit but still holding on the crank)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Was the spark at the plugs bright blue and would it jump a 1/4" gap?
Did you pull a drain screw out of the carb bowel and make sure it was getting fuel?

Spark was more white at the plugs, I had my spark tester at about 3/8" and I had a blue spark across it. I didn't pull a bowl screw out because I'd figured since my primer bulb is getting nice and firm and plugs are looking a little wet it was getting fuel to the carbs.
