Howdy..
Engine cold starts very well.Idles fine in neutral. In forward gear above idle to mid range, the engine is getting too much fuel and starts to bog down. If I crack the throttle, the engine clears. Speeds at half throttle to full and the engine performs fine.Plugs are new and gap set to .030".New fuel lines and 130 lbs. compression on all cylinders. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance. Doug...

If the engine has proper compression and spark.........

Bogging down, meaning that the engine will die out when throttle is applied, is normally caused by fouled carburetors, carburetors being out of adjustment, a sticking timer base, or having the throttle butterflies opening too soon.

You've made the statement that the engine is getting too much fuel. Why do you say that?
