1970 80hp LU to a 1977 85hp doable ?

Ty all for all the replies to my posts..so my lower unit is toast..its a 1977 850 85hp...i found what i beleive is a 1970 80hp lower unit...does anyone know if the 1970 80hp lower unit will fit the 1977 85hp LU

Actually there was an 80hp in 1970

The # on mine(1977) is 4724833 and the # on the 1970? Is 2881820..if that helps

So im thinking im going to buy this 80hp lower unit...guy is asking 275$....does anybody see any issues with this swap ? ..ty
