1970 85 HP Johnson on eBay - a couple of questions

Is anyone aware of any issues with this year/model outboard? Is $425 a good price? Lastly, in your opinion would it be worth upgrading my 16 ft. fiberglass bass boat from a 70 HP to an 85 HP?

Stay away from it. Parts are expensive if you can find them and a lot are obsolete. They were a good mtr in their day but not now.
