1970 chrysler valiant restore almost complete!

As an inspiration to others, I thought I would post my shareaproject page here with a boat that I have saved from the crusher. Now I enjoy the little runabout while finishing a wood/glass 1956 MFG. One project at a time.....

sweet trihull. love the closed bow, very unique. not many of them around. bet that lets ya deal with some larger surf..... cool... very nice restore.....

Looks fantastic. In one of your pictures it looked like you had put an evinrude on there and I was kinda sad because it just wouldn't be right to have a non-chrysler on that boat. Then I saw it was a Chrysler! Nice Job!

funny you mention the evinrude, I was tempted to put my Lark 40hp on this boat because I was afraid the 35 mopar wouldnt be enough...now I am looking for something neat to put the lark on. I have 5 outboards right now, 3 boats....so I am hunting for the right hull. What I REALLY want is a 70s chrysler V hull 17-19ft that I can put my Chrys 100hp on....
