1970 merc 135hp control box question

I have my outboard and i caint seam to find the right start switch to go in the control box. I could swear the old one had five pins

You are correct ,the original was a 5 pin switch. I doubt you will find it on iBoats as they mostly carry the 6 position,push to choke ones or 5 position long shank ones. You need a Sierra MP39740 and it is prewired .
