1970 Viking 20hp

I have acquired a 1970 20hp Viking outboard model# 204021 ser# 1298. It is set up for remote steering, throttle and gear select but does not have electric start. Can also be converted back to tiller very easily. Does any one have info on this unit or where I can inquire for parts etc... Runs great but would like to make it electric start if possible.....Thanks

Is Viking a force or chrysler motor? You might get help on the "other outboard brands" forum.

the later viking was made by chrysler, if you pull it up on the web, you'll find that there's still parts available. Or you might try the chrysler crew web site,and get in touch with them. Good luck on your project,and keep us posted, there's always some one here who can help you. MOPARMAN

Thanks - It's a Chrysler version sold back then by the Eatons company of Canada....
