I just put a 71 20hp johnson on a 14ft jon boat.With 1 person the boat planes out and revs up with 2 people in it seems like the motor doesnt rev up and plane out at all and it uses alot of gas were talking 6 gallons in 1 hour or so.The boat starts and runs fine execpt for at full throttle it revs and up and down every few minutes or so. Any ideas?
