1971 Johnson 140 HP outboard

Just picked up a 1971 140 HP Johnson attached to a 17' boat and a clean ez loader trailer.
Motor supposedly has a blown piston. In you guys opinions- is this motor worth the expence of repairing it (if the jug is ok) or is it another boat anchor?
