good clean 50 hp electric choke electric starter surges at wot on 900lb boat, this thing has a huge prop for such small motor, its the size of the prop on my 82 115 johnson with tilt/trim

wooley,<br /><br />Surging is just about a sure sign of leaning out (mixture). How do your spark plugs look?

it seems like its getting too much gas, i have to change them almost every trip since they foul out
