1972 Evinrude 85hp

Hi have a 72 85 hp Evinrudemodel 85293R and am going to clean carbs so when I pull the low idle screw out how do I know what to set it at when completed. I will see where they are set when pulling out but I have herd of guys finding theres 7 turns from bottom and they should be set at 5 and a half and that it mattered by model number

Been reading and I think I read somewhere that this motor has nonadjustable jets so those screws just get tighten up and left to hold some linkage in place.
