Finally got it to crank but it wont stay running. It has alot of blue smoke coming from it and the only way I can run it is if i keep pulling the choke out just before it stalls and than pushing it back in. Any suggestions?

Your fuel/oil mix should be 50:1, preferrably a synthetic since for some reason the conventional oil will produce more moke. Also check your plugs for corrosion and spark. I would also recommend running your adjustment screws in to a gentle seat, then back out 3/4 turn. You can fiddle with it from there. I'm hoping you don't have trash in your fuel, but that would be next. Do you have a simple in-line filter on your fuel line?

Yes I have 50:1. Brand new gas tank and gas so there shouldn't be any trash in the lines.
