Just bought a 1972 Johnson 6hp and tried it out in a barrel. Started , went into forward gear,reverse,forward then stuck there. Now and then it will go into neutral and reverse put then sticks in forward again. Check oil and it was full. I also need to know what type of oil to use when I change it. Thanks for any help.
