Took my 50 hp out on the lake for a test and it took off fast on full gear, but when I slowed down on low speed and tried to take off again, it would not go fast anymore. It was stuck on slow speed on fast gear. It sounded like it was choking and was idling up and down, like it wanted to die out. I've noticed both my carbs has moisture around them. What would have caused this problem and how can I resolve them?
