Your prop hub is shot.
Mark a line from the inner hub assembly to the outside. Run it, and if the line isn't aligned afterwards you can be sure its the prop.
Not difficult to repair. Your local dealer or prop shop can have you back on the water in no time.
There is no shear pin on your motor. The rubber hub mount meets that purpose. Drive shafts are splined.
Good luck.
