i am having a problom with my tilt drive on my boat... it is a 1972 18ft. 165hp. inline chevy 6cyl. the tilt went down but will not come up... went down nice and smooth and when trying to get it to come back up it doesnt even get the hydrolic pump going... i tried to bypass the switch but still nothing.it has the 3 push switches on the dash... any ideas? i called a local marine shop and talked to them but they said i should have 2 sylinoids on the hydro pump unit... it onl has one and looks like it never had 2. any wiring diagrams or anythign would be of grea help... new boater not really smart when it comes to boats but i know cars inside and out... pretty mechanicly inclined... like i say anything is better than nothing it is a merc drive incase that matters
