1973 65hp Johnson outboard info needed

Hi i recently purchased this engine, just need to ask it it is going on a classic mid 60`s Fletcher Arrowsprint 15ft which i have restored, I have looked through various forums and to ask the following but so many mixed answers.
1) do i need a rev counter (tach)?
2) do i need a temperature Gauge?
3)do i need a speedo on the boat?
4)also this boat in paticular has a seeled floor to the hull so would i need a bilge pump ? and if so where would i install the floor near the motor or rip the sealed floor up and put one in the hull?

4. will the boat be sitting at the dock for extended periods? if it will be, id cut a hole in the floor just big enough for the pump and switch, make a bracket to mount the assembly and set it in the hole.(i had a boat with the same type of solid floor, and water would get under it , but i never did put the pump under the floor, just pulled the boat out of the water once a week and drained all the extra weight out...would have been so much less hassle to just cut the hole and lower the pump!)

Thanks alot for your help with this, i have added 4 pictures, the boat is a mid 60`s fletcher 149 arrow sprint.
how would you fit a speedo, temperature and rev counter if i wanted to ?

Also the boat will be taken out on trailer and dry stored every time i use it, where i live in uk there is no sea to near, so gonna keep going different places, Cheers Guys
