My 1973 evinrude 25hp runs excellent, but I would like to make it so the throttle is a little more forgiving. Is this possible? It does fine in the top end of things, but when I idle it down far enough to shift, it wants to die. And we are talking like a very small turn of the wrist from WOT to idle speed. Is there a way I can adjust this so I have more range with the throttle?
