1973 Evinrude 9.5 torque specs?

Does anyone know how much torque should be placed on the flywheel when reinstalling it on a 1973 Evinrude 9.5 hp Sportwin? Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't have my manual handy but 45 lbs will do the job. Great motor. Best of luck. Rick.
