Made short and simple the center hole has 20lbs of compression dead as door nob. With that being said the rest of the motor is in fine condition ive had it going to 5 minutes If this were a v8 engine i would know how to move forward but a old two stroke i have no ideals or experience with on how to proceed. Is a rebuild feasble for a older engine and if so any guidance would be greatly appreciated along with any tips or suppliers of parts etc.

First thing is remove the cylinder head for an inspection. It could have a blown head gasket, but more likely it has a blown piston. They were known for that, due to water ingestion through the exhaust ports.

EDIT: If I guessed right, it is not worth repairing. But you decide.
