1973 johnson 115

would this motor be similar to a 1980 johnson 140, obviously its a bit different, but would bottom end, electronics and tilt/trim setup be the same as 1980 v4's?

there is a motor for sale locally, its a bit older, but if coils and power packs, rear end etc are interchangeable with my 1980 i might pick it up
