Comes with the trailor and 40hp evindure. Just needs carpet and a battery worth 450 to purchase

Well, not to extract liquids onto your breakfast cereal...but:

You could put $1000 into that, and it might run, but you'd still have a $450 boat. Just sayin...

The last photo appears to be a bare plywood floor. Not the way MFG made them. Should have a layer of glass on top. So my guess is that the floor rotted, and some new ply was tossed on over the top. Good chance the stringers and transom have rot.

Seat base looks to be the cheap ones. Wire harness just hanging. My guess it was not a well maintained boat in its later years.

Need to carefully inspect the floor, transom and stringers to see if you $450 donation ends up being a $1200 full stringer, transom and floor job.

I would offer $300 if it runs you have a $300 motor and if the hull is bad so be it. If not you can part it out you may lose a little money in the deal but I wouldn't imagine it would be to horrible. Either way market value on that is around $300.

I would offer it contigent that when you run a compression check on the motor and it checks out, and then check the lower unit oil that it has no metal shavings and is not white. Be Prepared to spend at least $1000.00
