What is your compression?

Did you service the points?

Did you service the fuel system?

Starcraft made boats and never made any drive trains.

What motor?

Maybe flooding like the float is stuck open or the needle valve/seat is bad.

No easy answer but thing to verify/inspect/test are;
-fresh gas?
-compression?
-spark/spark plug condition, when in doubt replace
-plug wires, condition?
-points and condenser condition?
-coil?
-timing?
-Gasket leaks, intake, head, exhaust?
-valve condition,(compression issues)?
-ignition lock-out, interrupter?
Generally if the above mentioned are in good nick, the engine will/should fire
No easy or cheap task, but things that need to be done, get busy..
Cheers

New gas, compression is good, getting spark, wires look good, don't know what points are? Coil good, timing good, no leaks, and idk how to test ignition lockout. The guy who owned it said he drove it and it was asking weak he said carb or coil bit both are working there was a time where the sparks didn't arc like they were apposed to now 3 arc out of 4

I read it but one thing I don't have light tester and they were black then I got new ones now they smell like gas so idk what it is

so weak spark, 3 out of 4 spark, sounds like ignition issues, which can be intermittent, just means somethings wrong or possibly failing.
Just because a coil works dosn`t mean its producing the proper potential to create a strong spark, the wires could be bad, points condenser could be pooched, distributor cap/rotor could wore out, possibly cracked?
If there`s fuel in the system, timing is good and the spark is strong you`ll get ignition, carb may not be up to snuff to keep it running, but my guess is the ignition side if you got gas and all the other stuff is good.

Wet plugs equal flooding, carb issues or weak ignition
Take plugs out, dry, check gap, with plugs out crank engine to clear fuel, re-install dry plugs, try it again, if you get the same results, then its most likely carb or ignition or both.
