1974 115 idle problems

Got an old 74 Johnson 115 it will idle grat when the engine has cooled off but after running down the lake and you shut it off then restart it don't wanna idle keeps dying what could it be motor runs great otherwise just don't wanna idle after being hot

Do a cylinder drop test on it when it's acting up.
