1974 65hp Merc

I am working on a 1974 65hp Mercury, Serial # 4044475
Does anyone know how to test the switch box?
It has a destributer.
Wires are white/black, blue and green.

I dont think thats going to work, close but I dont think so.
This one looks like what Im dealing with.
