Motor has been doing ok, have fixed minor problems. Today, after doing ok for about 15-20 minutes, rpm slowed in either forward or reverse, revs up in neutral. no debris around prop, replaced sheer pin but engine ran great after that. Would not go faster than a "no-wake" speed, still starts and runs ok in neutral. Is this low oil in bottom unit? water in gas? gremlin?<br /><br />thanks.
