1974 850 mix ratio

Fellas, i have a 1974 Merc 85hp. What gas/oil mix ratio should i be using?

50/1 about 1 qt per 10 gallons of gas is what i use

Chum, You gave the wrong ratio. It is 1 pint/6 gal of gasoline or 1 quart/12 gal of gasoline.

Thats ok, i have a mix cup! As long as i know it's 50:1 i'm good to go!

If you fill 3 bud light with lime bottles with 2 cycle oil that = 's about 1 quart good for about 10- 12 gal's of gas as the day progresses the bud light calibration math gets a little fuzzy and as long as you are close and put oil in all will be fine.

AHH, 750ml Jack Daniel's + 12 pack of Coke = Ohh hell ran out of gas long time ago (where am I ?? ).. @ 50:1 mix

Jager does sorta look like 2 cycle oil. I hope I do not mix them up sometime. That would be hard on the motor.
