I got this motor the other day. It's been sitting awhile so the hose was dry and hard. I tried to take it off where it clamps onto the fuel pump and it snapped the little plastic nipple off. what is that little part called and where can I get it at? I can't find it on any diagrams.

Also the trim pin that holds the motor at different angles is gone. is it something special or just a solid bar?

best regards,
Paul

Paul- The parts you need are fairly standard. Typically a 1/8" pipe plug fitting screws into the block but whether it is a 90 degree or whatever... they will all be available at auto parts stores. Maybe even in plastic but I'd stay away from that and go brass.

As for the trim pin... A merc dealer will have one.
