1974 Johnson 50hp Help

I'm back again. Finally got the motor running today, but not for long. We noticed oil in the water. When looking closer we noticed that oil was seeping out around the seam above the lower unit. It was only ran for less than a minute but when I drained the oil from the gearcase there was barely any left in it. I just changed it a few weeks ago. Can any one help out? What would cause this?

Drain all the oil out and have it pressure and vacuum checked. That will take all the guess work out of it as to where it's leaking.
