Hello All,

Have a 16 foot Super Gypsy that I have had since 1993. Floor rotted and so did the stringers/ribs. Too much work for me to take on so I am going to let it go. Not even considering placing on Craigs List. Have had it garaged (fortunate to have an extra garage) and now need the space. I removing the motor and controls and will be taking boat to the landfill.

I have restored my old Starcraft so I know there is an interest in parts such as windshield, bow rails, steering wheel, rub rails, corner brackets, etc.

I have it tarped so am posting some old photos so you can see what I have and we can go from there. Sorry that these are the best pics I can find right now.

Please post or PM me if interested.

Re: 1974 MFG Super Gypsy

woosterken, these pics were when I bought the boat in 1993. She still looks good and wasnt trying to mislead anyone. Yes, I am sad to let her go. Raised my kids with lake fishing trips to Canada and tubing the local waters.

It was restored and painted just before I bought it and did not have the emblems then. When I did my Starcraft, I bought vinyl die-cut off Ebay. Very cheap but I understand the desire to get OEM. I have a contact that can make anything you want if interested. He also did my motor cowling decals.

WD,
I didnt think you were trying to mis lead any body :)
its ok, to bad you cant you cant get the crew in the picture stoked up to restore it , for the memories.
the search for the oem emblems, is (on my part) just for spares , mine are still in good shape .
my thought is they are just at the right place ,that if not very carefull ,the dock can bite them :(
my boat is still all original.
