1974 Starcraft

Hello I received a 1974 Starcraft. I dont know what model but i want to fix it up the previous owners ripped everything out to replace the floor but thats all they did was rip everything out. I would like to fix it up but dont have a floor plan. It has a live well in the front with a step up front deck. If someone could help me out that would be great. Thanks

It is an aluminum haul.

Yep ^^^ some dimensions would be helpful too.....

Quite a few SC's for 1974 <<< link to the brochure pages. Not sure if that's a complete brochure though

Welcome to the Tin-ness. Looking at the brochure link, no 1974 models had live wells and only about 5 models had ice wells or ice lockers, which possibly could be taken as live wells. Sounds like a PO modified her, so pictures will really help.

I think it's 21 feet there are no seats in the front but a standing deck and 2 chairs

My nova was like that, all i had was a pile of parts and a gutted boat.

Everyone here was very helpful helping me to understand where everything went

But we need to understand what we are looking at, pictures are worth a thousand words ect

My guess it is a Mariner center console.


Outboard model ? or 4 i/o model?

Any capacity plate on it?

Any info on the title or registration paperwork?

Lidde, welcome to the horde. you make it sound like you're slightly dismayed about the gutted hull. most of the folks here will assure you that the gutting tends to be sheer misery most of the time ad you're much better off to have it pre-disemboweled. pix?
