1975 6 hp, Model 62HG, Chrysler. How to turn off.

I have a 1975 Chrysler. Model 62HG, 2 cyl. It runs so good that it will not die after you turn throtle down. It just keeps idleing down so low that to turn it off, i have to pull out choke. After adays use it is harder to start. Does any one know how to put a kill switch, or any thing on it. Can i just turn down idle lower? Thank You Mike Haley.

If you take the cowling off is there a barrior strip with wires running to it. They would be held in place by screws if the motor had one. If it does what color are the wires and what are they called on the barrior strip.
