My motor runs awesome. However, whenever I really need my motor to stay running (when I am docking my 24 ft, Sylvan pontoon), it spits a bit and quits on me. Is there any adjustments on the carbs I can try? I looked but didn't see anything obvious and didn't want to play with anything. I hate to take it off the water and to the shop but this is driving me nuts!!

Thanks!!

Singer? Whuzzat? Could you mean Stinger??

Try a link 'n' synch, by the factory Manual, and do it with the engine in the lake, not on muffs. Do not mess with the carbs except using the manual.

Try www.outboardbooks.com.

Linkage and synchronization procedure gets the carbs and ignition working together.
