1975 85 hp not cranking please help

here we go, i just ran my boat this weekend, i put in the water sat morning fished till about noon, when i went to put it back on the trailer i drove it on wrong. when i tried to reverse it wouldnt go into reverse. i noticed that where the throttle cable goes to the motor there are some treaded brass fittings that looks like ther is a adjustment screw the one on the bottom is broke is there a prt# for this so i can replace? my second problem is this same day i took my boat home and installed a new fish finder i routed the cables where the old cables where and tied into the fuse box and it turned on like it should, but for the heck of it i went to turn the key to crank the motor and nothing. i thought mybe it was in gear so i manually put i neutral and still nothing, i then noticed a small fuse relay from the celonoid to hot wire and the fuse was blown. i put a jumper on it and still nothing when i turn the key. im thinking the key switch went bad. i plan to take the housing apart where the key is and test it, just want ed to get some ideas what could be wrong.
