1975 evinrude 70 no spark

i have a 1975 evinrude 70hp 3 cylinder outboard the motor has spark in the middle cylinder and the top and bottom have no spark, coils are all good i tested them in the middle and they both work, when i first tested spark top had a weak spark and went away, so the middle is the only one sparking, any suggestions?

If you have access to a DVM and DVA meter, there are a couple pages of testing here for your outboard, just scroll down to your particular model/year and look for "No Spark on One Cylinder".
