1975 evinrude 70hp. wont start anymore???

ok, it is model number 70573, fresh gas, new fuel pump, new fuel line, and new spark plugs... good compression though...lol. just started about a year ago then put in storage. getting ready to sell the boat it is on and it wont start anymore. it would be a huge help if anyone could, um... help me out here...lol

Assuming the compression is 100+ psi on all cylinders (you didn't say exactly), and that with the s/plugs removed you have spark on all cylinders that will jump a 7/16" with a strong blue lightning like flame.... a real SNAP, I would be looking for fouled carburetors.

agree, spray some premixed fuel into the carbs and see if it fires, if it does, do this.
