1975 Glastron Cuddy Cabin

Wife and I are looking for a boat. We have four kids and two small dogs so we need something fairly good sized. Friends of ours have always had several boats and offered to sell us their old 1975 Glastron 215 Cuddy. Boat is in remarkable shape, upholstery was just redone and everything. People always took unreal care of their boats. Any way, I've found some cheap, but they were basically rebuilders. This one basically looks brand new. They are asking $6,000, which seems high, but like I said, other than styling, which I like retro, it really does look almost brand new. Any idea as to if it would be worth it?
