1975 Johnson 25hp weak spark

Got a 1975 Johnson 25hp with weak spark in the bottom cylinder. Does that usually mean a coil issue or a points issue?

if you compare various resistances from the coils and they all look alike look for a bad condenser.

otherwise swap parts one by one if you are up to it . clean the points
