1975 Johnson 50 hp....not enough power....any suggestions?

Hey im new to this and can't seem to find my answer...I recently purchased a 15ft ski boat with a 1975 Johnson 50 hp on the back first couple of days it ran fine then it just bogged and died....well now i can get it to idle and everything just once its in gear it either stalls or it goes really slow.......have cleaned carbs....sparkin both cylinders...everything seems to be fine......just wont get power once its in water and in gear???? Any suggestions???? The top plug comes out dry and the bottomplug is soaked still?

I know this this may sound simple but check to make sure that the fuel system is vented. If you have a portable tank that you can take out make sure that the thumbscrew on top is opened to allow venting. If you have a built in feul cell, make sure that the vent is clear on this as well. You are getting spark, Some fuel and dies under load. Check fuel delivery. Hope this helps.
