1976 115 evinrude black oil out of lower unit

When I fired up motor noticed later black oil dripping from between lower unit & prop. has not run for 2 yrs, changed lower unit oil before, must of not drained all of it. Is this a major "Oh Oh"!

Almost certainly just partly burnt oil from the fuel
