I have a 76 70 hp that boogs when I hit the throotle until it picks up some rpm's then it takes aholde and runs reel good the rest of the way. Some low speed roughness and fair idle. Have run additives such as sea foam and carb cleaners. where do I start or is a rejet in order? Thanks

Start with disassembling the carbs and cleaning them instead of just spraying stuff in there. Use a bread twist tie wire to go through all the jets and pickup tube orafices. I'm betting you have crud under the needle valve. make sure you put the floats back in correctly, the indentation goes up when holding the carb upside down.
