The motor will not stay up. When i'm on the lake it will not trim up while I am moveing its like it doesn't have enough lifting power. When I stop it lifts fine but when I lower the motor it struggles and moves real slow. Ihave rebuilt both of the pistons.

Do I need to look into the pump and do they make rebuild kits for it?

Sounds like pump motor is dying or electrical connections may be bad.

Electrical connections are perfect. Can the pump be tested and then rebuilt?

The pump really strains while takeing the motor down but runs like a champ going up. I hear the solanoid working perfect.

Does the motor lift and lower easily with the piston rams disconnected?

What I'm aiming at is that you may have a corroded or damaged tilt tube.

I rebuilt both lift pistons. New seals it seams like the pump is weak.

I took the boat out yesterday and the trim tilt works fine when I am at a stop. Under a load it will not raise the motor and if I have the motor trimmed before I take off it drops all the way down.
