I recently bought this motor and its not starting. I am not getting spark out of any of the spark plugs. The motor does spin normal though. I have been told that the first thing I should do is replace the POWER PACK, then I should get some to spark, and if one or two dont then replace the COILS. Is this what you would start with. When we have the key turned on we are getting no power on the power pack screw heads.
