I acquired this motor over the winter. It's been sitting for four years. It's not frozen so I know I can start it. I need to know what I should do to prepare the motor so I can start it. I know the motor was totaly redone four years ago. I'm new at this so any kind of help will be of use to me. It's a 1977 75hp evinrude 3 cylinder model #75743 (solid state ignition?)
